Typically, our projects take 2-4 weeks from design approval to installation. Simple projects like single wardrobes may be completed in 1-2 weeks, while complex kitchen renovations can take 4-6 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.

Do you offer warranties on your furniture?

Yes! All our furniture comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. We also provide 5-year warranty on hardware components like hinges and drawer runners. Our after-sales support ensures your furniture stays in perfect condition.

Can I see material samples before placing an order?

Absolutely! We encourage all clients to visit our showroom or request sample kits. You can see and feel different wood types (Mahogany, Cypress, MDF), finishes, colors, and hardware options. This ensures you're completely satisfied with your choices before we begin manufacturing.

What areas do you deliver and install in?

We deliver and install throughout Kenya, with free delivery within Nairobi and its environs. For locations outside Nairobi, we offer competitive delivery rates. Our professional installation team travels countrywide to ensure your furniture is perfectly fitted in your space.

What is your payment process?

We require a 50% deposit to begin manufacturing, with the remaining 50% due upon successful installation and your approval. We accept bank transfers, M-Pesa, and cash payments. For large projects, we can arrange flexible payment plans to suit your budget.

Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?

Yes! We have extensive experience with both residential homes and commercial spaces including offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail stores. We understand the different requirements for each and can scale our services to meet your specific needs, whether it's a single kitchen or 50 office desks.

Do you offer custom design services?

Yes! Custom design is our specialty. Our experienced designers work closely with you to create furniture that perfectly matches your vision, space requirements, and budget. We provide 3D visualizations so you can see exactly how your custom piece will look before we start manufacturing.

What types of wood do you use?

We work with a variety of premium timber including Mahogany, Cypress, MDF, Particle Board, and imported woods. Each type has its own characteristics in terms of durability, appearance, and price point. During your consultation, we'll help you choose the best material for your specific needs and budget.

Can you match existing furniture or décor?

Absolutely! We can match wood tones, finishes, and styles to seamlessly integrate new furniture with your existing pieces. Bring us photos or samples of your current décor, and our team will create pieces that complement your space perfectly.

Do you provide after-sales support and maintenance?
